Ms. Chiocca is a passionate litigator who commands attention in court. This is how she's always handled life, however. She brought the same go-getter attitude to George Mason University, where she studied business, and then to the University of Richmond School of Law. Similar to her current partner at our firm, Mr. Whitehead, Ms. Chiocca has been motivated by a desire to help people experiencing hardship, especially when their circumstances have been unjust due to negligence. Her experience is comprehensive, having represented both plaintiff and defendant in countless personal injury and auto accident cases. She also has expertise in traffic violations, criminal law, child protective services complaints, guardian ad litem situations, and education law.
In fact, Ms. Chiocca's interest in education law and teachers, specifically, extends beyond our office. On behalf of the Virginia Education Association, she represents teachers privately when they are accused of improprieties or wrongful conduct. We value her passion to ensure that hardworking teachers don't suffer the injustice that would otherwise ruin their careers and potentially their lives. Ms. Chiocca's dedication to her cause demonstrates her willingness and readiness to fight hard for those who need it.
Clients could be suffering, misunderstood, and feeling utterly alone. Well, I want to be a strong voice for people in need of it.
